At Khalis Kada, we deal in 100% natural and wild-sourced products, including our Extra Virgin Wild Olive Oil and various honeys (Beri, Acacia, Ajwain).

• Natural Variations: Because our products are organic and minimally processed, you may notice slight differences in color, taste, or texture between batches. This is not a defect; it is proof of authenticity.
• Crystallization: It is natural for pure honey to crystallize over time. This does not affect its quality or safety for consumption.

3. Orders and Pricing

We strive to provide accurate pricing and product descriptions. However:

• We reserve the right to change prices or update stock availability without prior notice.
• In the event of a technical error where a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund or store credit.
• Due to the limited nature of our wild harvests, orders are subject to availability.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to deliver your organic goods as quickly as possible. Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates. Khalis Kada is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen logistical issues, though we will always assist you in tracking your package.
