At Khalis Kada, we are committed to providing the highest quality organic products, from our Wild Olive Oil to our premium Sidr and Acacia honey. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent return and exchange process.

Return Guidelines

• 14-Day Window: Please initiate your return or exchange request within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
• Product Condition: We accept returns for both new and slightly used products. We want you to be able to verify the quality of our organic goods with confidence.
• Accepted Reasons: Returns are accepted for all reasons, including defective products, quality concerns, or change of mind.
• No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking or administrative fees for processing your return.

How to Initiate a Return

You may return items in-store, via mail, or at a designated drop-off location. Please contact us to start the process:

Shipping & Refunds

Return Shipping Fee: A flat return shipping fee of Rs 300 applies to all returns and exchanges. This covers the logistics of getting the product back to our facility.

Refund Processing: Once your return is received, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or bank account within 7 business days.
