1. Nationwide Delivery

We ship across the whole of Pakistan. Because our products (like Wild Olive Oil) often come in glass containers, we use premium, multi-layered protective packaging to ensure they arrive safely without any leakage or breakage.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Dispatch: Most orders are processed and handed over to our courier partners within 24 hours of confirmation.
• Standard Delivery: You can expect your order within 3 to 5 working days.
• Remote Areas: Delivery to certain remote regions in Balochistan, Gilgit-Baltistan, or Interior Sindh may take an additional 2–3 days.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. We strive to keep these costs as low as possible while maintaining the quality of our specialized food-grade packaging.

4. Package Inspection (Important)

Since we deal with liquid organic products, we request that you inspect the package upon arrival. If you notice any significant damage or leakage on the outer box, please inform the courier immediately and contact our support team so we can resolve the issue for you.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is on its way, we will provide you with a tracking number via SMS or Email. You can use this to monitor your shipment's journey in real-time.
