Return Guidelines

We want you to shop with confidence. To qualify for a return, please keep the following in mind:

• 15-Day Window: Please reach out to us within 15 days of receiving your delivery.
• Sample with Confidence: We accept returns even if the product has been partially used. We want you to taste and experience the quality for yourself!
• Valid Reasons: Returns are welcomed if you are dissatisfied with the flavor, quality, or if the product differs from our description.
• Change of Mind: Please note that we cannot accept returns for a simple "change of mind" once the order has been dispatched.

Shipping & Handling

To ensure the product returns to us safely, return shipping costs are covered by the customer. We recommend using a trackable courier service and ensuring the product is packed securely. Since oils and honeys can leak, please double-check the packaging; Khalis Kada cannot be held responsible for items damaged due to insecure return shipping.
